From the first moment I stepped into Fairmont Senior Living I knew this was the perfect place for my mom. The decision to move her to an assisted living facility after caring for her in my home for nearly 9 years was the most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make. My initial contact at Fairmont was Jane. I cannot begin to describe how understanding, compassionate, friendly, and professional she was and continues to be. Jen, the Director of Nursing is so caring, thoughtful, empathetic, understanding, and really listens. Her professionalism shines through in all she does. Together with Charity, they address and resolve any concerns that may arise. All the staff from the nurses, aides, the front desk, the nutrition and dining room, and activities staff AND especially Megan, the activities director are very caring. There are numerous activities scheduled each month that residents look forward to and enjoy. I must mention that Kyle, the head of the nutrition department and Chef does a great job! He really knows how to cook!
With all of these wonderful people caring for my mom, I feel comfortable and confident that she is in good hands. I honestly think God orchestrated this union of my mom and me with Fairmont Senior Living.
