Wonderful place thats takes great care of their residents! Crystal, the aide in memory care, is amazing! She takes great care of her patients!!
Yara is by far the best aide that I've had the pleasure of working with. She not only helps my mother & me physically when needed but actually did our dishes because my big toe was severely injured so I'm not ssupposed to be on it even though I can't avoid it & Yara saw that. She's nothing short of amazing!
My Mom and I are so grateful for the support and care from the staff at Meadow Falls of Middletown. They consistently show Mom compassion and kindness and always quick to ask how they can support. Several staff members hold a special place in my heart for the guidance they provided during a very difficult time.
Meadow Falls of Middletown doesn’t feel like a facility, it feels more like a cozy community that is always clean and tidy. My Mom loves the activities, especially BINGO, Coffee Club, games and outings! The days are FILLED with a variety for everyone! Salon, podiatry and other services available onsite too! The residents have a voice in the ongoings of their home and the staff always makes sure they are heard, acknowledged and tries their best to accommodate.
I am very grateful for all who have welcomed my Mom and Prince Louie, who has been voted the best corgi around!
