Just want to make a comment of several things I have found out. I want to compliment Michelle the Social Director. I worked as a receptionist at just shy of 15 years at a retirement facility. Our residents were asking for more activities they could do and our Social Director's comment would be, "Well you know this is independent living." I just would like to commend Michelle and her team what they do for Trinity. They probably don't get the recommendation as other departments do but I have been on both sides and they all deserve a gold star. They have a calendar full of activities anyone that is here for rehab, assisted living, full time in an apartment or in one of their cottages here can participate. I have recommended your to a friend that her Mother is in the hospital and will need rehab when she gets out. I will have to say that the therapy team here has been great too. Plus the nurses and aides have all been very thoughtful along with your maintenance. This is the second time I have been here for rehab and the only negative thing I have seen is the food temperature. It has improved some with using foil over the main dish but it looks like a hot box would be more economical in the long run plus save on the fact that foil will not burn and won't help our eco system in the future.

I have been to other rehabs in the past, Trinitys medical care is superior, very high level, I’m here currently. The staff are very thorough. The aides go above and beyond and do extra things. The rooms are extremely clean and maintenance is always checking to make sure things are working and filters are clean. They even spray the halls daily to ensure the air is clean. The doctors and nurse practitioners are here often I see them multiple times a week. The staff are genuine and kind. The food is better and quality is superior from most places I have gone. I have high regard for all the therapists, they do their job well and are very patient. I have had a very pleasant experience in the fast track rehab at Trinity. Trinity will always be my first choice. The managers are helpful and personable.

I am here for rehab, Trinity is a very welcoming atmosphere. The care and the rehabilitation has been excellent. I got into a private room quickly, the room is beautiful. The nursing staff and aides have given me excellent care 24hrs a day and the personal aides have often gone beyond their roles, even if its extended their work day cut off time.
