About Senior Care Navigator

Senior Care Navigator was built to provide families with the same support online that we are able to provide as Golden Years Advisory.

At Golden Years Advisory, we have helped hundreds of families navigate the maze of senior care. Time and time again, we have seen how difficult it was for seniors, families and caregivers to find clear, reliable information online.

That is why we created Senior Care Navigator.

We created Senior Care Navigator after years of hearing the same story from families again and again.

They went online looking for help and education and ended up flooded with sales calls, pressured by “advisors” and given incomplete or even inaccurate information. They went looking for answers and ended up with more questions.

Sometimes they toured multiple communities that did not meet their needs, and felt defeated.

Many told us they felt overwhelmed before they even started, and the “help” they found online only made things more confusing and harder to navigate.

We knew there had to be a better way.

Built from Real Experience

Senior Care Navigator is built on the same process we use every day as advisors at Golden Years Advisory to help families make informed decisions.

Through that work, we have spent years helping families determine what level of care is appropriate, what it actually costs, and which communities can meet those needs in real life, not just on paper.

This is not a national database filled with generic information.

It is real, local knowledge and designed to make that knowledge accessible.

A Different Kind of Search

Senior Care Navigator is not just a place to find a list of communities.

It is a guided way to narrow your options so you are only looking at the choices that actually fit your situation.

By answering a few key questions, you can filter options based on care needs, budget, location, and personal preferences.

The tool helps you understand what each option means, not just what it is called.

The goal: Fewer dead ends, fewer unnecessary tours, and more relevant options from the start.

You Stay in Control

One of the biggest frustrations families face is the number of unsolicited calls they receive after searching online.

Senior Care Navigator was designed differently.

Your information may be used to identify appropriate options, but communities will only contact you if you choose to be contacted.

No pressure.
No unwanted calls.
Just clear information and the ability to decide what happens next.

Support through the whole process

Finding the right senior living option is often only one part of the process.

Through Senior Care Navigator, you can also connect with trusted local professionals, including:

  • Elder law attorneys

  • Real estate professionals experienced in senior transitions

  • Veteran benefit resources

  • Moving and downsizing services

These are not general directories.

They are professionals we know and work with, with connections built through real relationships in the community.

Senior Care Navigator is here for you

The information is here to make the process clearer.

To help you ask the right questions earlier.
To help you avoid wasting time on the wrong options.
To help you feel more confident in the decisions you’re making.

You can use it on your own.
You can reach out if you want help.

Either way, you’re not starting from scratch anymore.

Designed for Families
